See how to FIX the Psihpone Quiting Issue
So, Psiphone is the most used VPN App in Nigeria, obviously, you know what Psiphone is all about, I don’t need to describe it that much. I was using Psyphon the other day and like before I knew it Psiphone has disappeared. i.e exists from notification bar. Psiphone won’t start until I went and re-lunch it. Ok, you have 512mb of RAM and you wanna connect Psyphone easily? No way! It’s frustrating though. The reason is that Pysphone needs more RAM in order to run in background while other apps benefit from it. I used to shout out that this post will guide you on how you can overcome the Absconding – Psiphone, I talked about your phone being rooted too, something like that. Your phone must be rooted as well. So as to enable the “Apps settings” Modules on Xposed Installer. This is pretty easy though. After this TRICK, I assure you 100% that Pysphone won’t dare quit anymore. The thing is that, we will bind Psyphone to “system/apps” so that it’s considered as in-built app. But syphone will look somehow scanty on your phones screen. That’s never a problem really.
Download Xposed Installer and Apps settings
CONFIGURATION
These two Apps are very dangerous to Pysphone as Pyshpone would start running in pain. Lols. Let’s Apply the settings sharp – sharp. Install both Apps Then, Launch Xposed Installer. At first, It should request a root permission. Grant it! Note that when opened, You’ll see Framework, Modules etc. The Installation of Framework is of 3 Different types. You can choose optionally in case one doesn’t work.
Tap framework: Here we will have to Install XPOSED framework so Xposed installer works better or it might not work at all. Tap “Install/Update” and you should have something like this. If that’s it then, press Ok and your phone should reboot.
In some different phones, e.g Android Kitkat, Xposed framework won’t install that easy, in this case, you will have to Select “Recovery (write zip to SD Card, flash manually) from “Settings >> Installation Mode”. Right in Xposed Installer. With this method, you must have custom recovery flashed. I’m sorry I didn’t mention that earlier. Just download CWM or TRWP for your phone and flash using mobile uncle. You may Google that as well. Once you have changed the installation mode, Go back to framework and tap on “Install/Update”you should get the below images
Like I said, “Do you want to reboot to recovery now?” Press Ok only if you have CWM or TRWP installed. Or you may simply select “Recovery (flash zip automatically)” (from Installation mode). That might work though, but I’m not recommending it. On CWM/TRWP recovery mode, kindly click on Install zip from SD card. Here, by the Folders, click on Android >> Data >> de.robv.android.xposed.installer >> files >> Xposed- Installer-Recovery.zip. You are selecting the file zip you write from Xposed Installer earlier. Select and Confirm it. Then, reboot your phone. Launch Xposed Installer again, the Red Line should have disappeared. Congratulations!!!!!
Now, open Xposed installer, click tap modules and tick/enable App Settings. See image below.
Once ticked, Open it. Apps settings will load apps and you should please wait. After loading, Tap the Search Bar and Type Syphon or Psiphone just type something.
NOW, FOLLOW!
TAP Psyhpone from the search results, there is a radio button that indicates ON/OFF switch at the top there, kindly switch it to ON. You should have a raised eye brow here. wINKx
NOW FILL;
DPI = 150
Font Scale = 80 0r 90
Tick Resident
Scroll to Permission, Tap it
Revoke permission, Switch ON, Press Ok. Done.
Now, Press the Save Icon at the top right corner. OK, OK , OK it you don’t care to read that isn’t it? You can now reboot your phone and have Psyphone behind the bar. Lolx
Note: You may apply these same settings to any other app feel free, the DPI and Font Scale isn’t that necessary with some other apps. Have Fun. Comments Please
