About FORTUNAXX3G_CM13.0, What's working and whats not?

I'm using FORTUNAXX3G_CM12.1 in my Gran Prime for some time without problems, but the 13.0 update pops from time to time so i would like to know whats working and whats not in this version, can someone help please? Thanks in advance.
