Accessibility settings

When I install app that requires to be allowed in accessibility settings I allow it and it works fine but when i clear apps from RAM this setting automatically turned off.
So when I turn it on and close either settings or that app from RAM it disables itself and I dont know how to fix it, can someone help me with this please ? I'd be very thankful.
