accidentaly change the mobile radio band to usa from *#*#4636#*#*

i have sony m c1904 with android 7, i have opended hidden settings menu by dialling *#*#4636#*#* and accidentaly change the moblle radio band to usa , and now sim card is not working, so pls give me solution if anyone have.
