Assigning Speed dial and call people in One-press on Dialpad

We can use the Dialer screen more efficiently as there is an option Speed dial using which we can just long press any assigned key for Speed dial.

This is how you can assign it follow the steps :

Step 1: Go to the Dialer screen and click on the three line button it will display three option.

Step 2: Now it will display some options. Select Settings in it.

Step 3: In the Settings select Speed dial and it will display the Speed dial screen.

Step 4: In the Speed dial screen it will display upto 9 numbers of dial pad and 1 is by default assigned to Voicemail, we can add rest of the 8 numbers for speed dial.

Step 5: Choose the numbers whichever needed from the contacts and add it starting from 2-9 of the dialpad.

Step 6: Now the numbers which are assigned for the specific numbers name will be displayed in the Speed dial screen.


Now we don't need to call the user by typing there number or searching in contacts just add it to speed dial and long press !!
