How to add languages to this damn thing?

I am trying to add a language to the i545 on rooted OF1 software but all the usual methods fail.

Please point me in the right direction, or are there no additional languages possible on this model?

The default.xml which you usually can mod to add languages is just not there. I know how to mod system files by hand etc., I just dont know where to do it on this verizon variant.

Please halp!
