how to change the Gapps on sgh t999

Good evening,
I am trying to remove a load of apps from the phone, i tried to install cm13 and Gapps micro (6) but it says that that i am still on 4.3.
I am think i will have to start with 4.4.
I would like cm13,but i am getting errors when installing.


any ideas?
