I have a HM2014811 does exist a way to install a WT88047 rom?

I want install costum roms on my redmi 2 but the problem is I have a HM2014811. Does exist a way to change it to WT88047 or a way to installing the roms? and why does every rom use WT88047 and not HM2014811? what are the difference between this 2 modells?
