The best way to use the camera?

First of all, sorry for my english, its not my strong but ill do my best. There's no good forums in spanish who can help me.

Question is simple, should i use 23 mpx or 8 mpx for better quality?
I read before that 8 mpx auto is better for low light, but in good lights, or indoor, or rest of situations?
I'll be so grateful for the help or some tips. Thank you so much. :victory:

P/d: im using Camera stock, because i don't know how is the best way to root and i can't prove Cyberian or XZ Camera.
