Wake up all greenified apps

Is there an easy option to wake up ALL greenified apps? Ideally to wake them up, let them contact the server once and go to sleep again? For example when I wake up in the morning and I want to see, if anyone sent me a message on my 10 different instant messengers? Actually launching all is kind of tedious (ok, I could use Tasker) and I'd estimate also harsh on the battery.

Oh and don't tell me greenifying instant messengers kills the "instant"-ness of messengers, I know. That's the idea, making them less distracting and battery-consuming when working.
