Z2 installed zui 2.0= bootloop/bricked

Hello to all,
I ve installed zui 2.0 with locked bootloader, then now i m in bootloop (the Phone is stuck at blue zuk logo).
I can go to recovery, but i can t load fastboot.. Because i can t see the Phone from adb devices

With QFIL i could do something, i set the phone in EDL mode.. It find me the qualcomm 9008 com port but... It gave error Sahara fail.. EVER!!!
i've tried to change path.. nothing.
