1. Download the ROM files and copied to your external SD card root directory, don't inside the folder.
2. Then shutdown your device. follow below step to go to recovery mode :
   • Power button + Volume Up button, to enter the recovery mode.
   • Wipe Data / Factory Reset  ↦ delete all user data
   • Wipe Cache Partition ↦ Wipe cache
   • Advanced  ↦ Wipe Dalvik Cache
3. Return to recovery main interface Install zip from sdcard -> choose zip from sdcard -> Select your ROM
4. Brush complete, restart the phone Patience required – first boot takes a while

Done, this update required Lenovo S820 to have china version as previous firmware without any change on the recovery mode, so maybe your recovery mode in china. But once you able to install Vibe UI 2.0 you can change the recovery file with above download and that is an english recovery file.
