2. Download Rom
3. Put downloaded rom on sd card.
4. Boot to TWRP Recovery/CWM Recovery
5. Wipe Factory Reset
6. Wipe Cache / Dalvik
7. Intall ROM

2. go to mount storage
3. format data/system/cache
4. intall rom 
5. reboot
