Deleted OS of my Sony C5 Ultra E5563 mistakenly!!! Please Help...

Greetings to everyone
Mistakenly :( i deleted system files through CWM recovery and now when I turn on my phone it hangs on SONY LOGO....My pc detects my phone though. I tried to flash .ftf files of original stock rom through Flashtool but it hangs. Please it will be very kind if anybody can guide me other possible methods to flash OS in my device through Fastboot, CWM recovery, or any pc application :confused:
