How to add items Screenshot, Flashlight and record off screen in Reboot options.

I have a device Samsung SM-G800H Galaxy S5 Mini Duos Android 4.4.2. G800HXXU1ANK2_G800HOXY1AOF2_SER,
I did not like I was not able to add items Screenshot, Flashlight and record off screen in Reboot options..
Please can help me?
