HTC v4a Anna's permissive mode

Hi all being trying to get viper4android to run but it keeps asking for drivers to be installed and the status is abnormal. I've installed busy box and have root so and I'm guessing it's because the system should be permissive. I am running latest viper rom with cleanslate kernel how do I make the system permissive?
