LG Prada(SU-540) bricked stuck on splash/boot LG logo? Please HELP!!!

Greeting to the devs on the XDA forums i need little help
I updated the bootloader on my LG-SU540 which was running the Carbon 4.3 rom with omap4boot + u-boot zip(http://ift.tt/2bWU7mb) for the LG SU540, but the problem is that i can only access fastboot now my phone is in a bootloop and i can't access recovery(http://ift.tt/2bWVtNx) given by @milaq even if i flash it via fastboot i was able to access the recovery with the vol+ and power button but now goes into S/W download mode please i just want my recovery back, please help me please!!!!!
