Odd unit (help identify pls)

i have just purchased my first 'android' head unit for my car
now this is a right hand drive 2004 honda accord v6 and its heating and ac controls are integrated into the unit and you bring them up by pressing a small icon that is constantly on top of all windows
what annoys me is the car is right hand drive and the controls are backwards for left hand drive vehicles and i have tried to work it out in the settings but i can't there is no 'rudder' or anything
also when the driver door opens it shows the passenger and vice versa.

any hacks, mods to make it smoother would be greatly appreciated
