OP3 CM13 and pureCM snapchat video??! help

guys it didnt used to be like this so i had to go back to oxygen OS 3.2.4 because of this reason.
and the reason is that when i sent snapchat videos to people using iPhone, they cant see the video. they just see a blank dark screen with the audio.
does anyone know why this happens or have any solutions to counter this?

the reason why i ask is because i love pureCM and CM but i also use snapchat a lot and it seems useless when you cant send videos, (most of my friends have iphones) :mad::o
