[Q] How i change the SELinux permissions?

Hi and sorry for my bad english!

I have a samsung galaxy grand prime (SM-G530M with lollipop 5.0.1) rooted. my question is if i can change the SELinux 'enforcing' to 'permissive'...
i tried to use the app "SELinuxModeChanger", but my phone turn the app in 'enforcing' again...
