Rooted Lg Intuition freezes and reboots and factory reset

Decided to factory reset my rooted Lg Intuition after some trouble I was having with it. Now every so often it will freeze up for a few seconds then reboot. I tried using the Verizon Wireless Software Upgrade Assist to repair the phone but it stops at 20%. Let me know if you need anymore information. Any help would be deeply appreciated.
