Samsung GT-S6310N stuck on boot logo

Hi all,
sorry if this thread is in wrong forum because I'am new here.

I have problem with my mobile phone because it stuck on samsung logo.
I can't hard reset with buttons (Volume UP + Home + Power) but I can go into download mode (Volume Down + Home + Power)

Could you please tell me solutions for repair.
Please step by step because I'am newbie :D
