ZK-7791A 1Din Android.. what ROM options?

I have recieved my 1 din Android head unit. There are some things dat annoy me, and they seem to be solved by flashing a custom rom. The problem is, which one and how? I have been able to gain root access with KingRoot, but as soon as I reboot to recovery, I see the droid with the red exclamation mark. Here some details about the unit:

I was able to backup the existing ROM witth Nandroid backup online. The only problem was, it dit not found a recovery partition.....

What can I do to flash a rom (and recovery) onto this device?
