Best Rom for Xperia SP c5306 Fido/Rogers Canada - Touch Screen Digitizer problem

Hello,

I would like to know what is the best ROM to use for the Best Rom for Xperia SP c5306 Fido/Rogers Canada. I know that certain ROM were developed for different models of the Xperia SP depending in which country as well. I'm just trying to find out which one I should install for my SP. Also, I have recently just replaced my Touch screen digitizer and the top 2 cm are barely working well. I would like to know if anyone would have a solution for this.
