Developer Options

Hi,

Yesterday the developer options were still there and now they've suddenly disappeared. I tried fixing this myself by doing the following things:

- Flashing latest CM13 nightly
- Tapping on build number a lot of times (did not pop up any toasts)
- Clearing data and cache of Settings app

and the developer options still not reappeared.


I'm currently running XT1541 with CM13 with root, Xposed, Kali Kernel overlay.
