Help Request: [P3110] Cm13 Android 6.0.1 Custom Kernel

Greetings Everyone;

I've flashed CM13 Android 6.0.1 (Marshmallow) [Unofficial]; in wich i'm Extremelly Happy with it. So far i believe everything is working perfectly - Nothing to point out so far.
However (as expected) Battery Consumption is above Normal - Still it hold on for a Really Great Time While under Intensive use; and even better while idle / standby.
Therefore i've been looking (without success) for a Custom Kernel that would let me Underclock (For Longlasting Battery) / (Overclock for Performance Purposes) + Root Permissions Enabled.

After some extensive search i could find this XDA Thread:

But as far as i understand it requires to be compiled; and i have no clue on how to do it.

Can anyone point me out on the Good Direction for a Custom Kernel or How to Compile the Kernel on the Thread above?
