Help with best phone of these 3

I broke my Samsung s6 edge plus. So I need a budget phone. I have a choice of a second hand Nexus 5, a new cobut note s, and a new doogee x6 plus.
I also have a ulefone Paris, but it needs a new screen.
All help and advise grateful.
