Fix the Lag of Note 4 - Speed up by 10 times

Hi everyone,

This is my first thread for the note 4. I have recently tested a lot of methods to remove the common lag note 4 devices have sometimes which could be really frustrating. I have tried so many methods and came up with the most efficient one to get rid of the lag and speed up the phone.
