How Clean Master is better?

Hi,

I have seen Clean Master is loved by many android users. Also its rating on Google Play Store is about 4.7. Currently I am also using it and it seems that it drains battery faster.

Also as per reviews it drains battery faster and affects battery life as well. But I like its one feature i.e. stop auto-start apps. That works fine in rooted device.

Please let me know. Is it really recommended or better app?
If I stop using it, please let me know a better way to stop auto-start app in rooted device.
