Huawei Decryption Issue Anyone?

I have never had this issue with Samsung or iPhone or any other product, except with Huawei. Can someone tell me if they have this issue?

This is from an app on Huawei P9, I also got similar message on WhatsApp "Waiting for this message". Its encryption Decryption related. Either Kirin stupidity or Huawei is spying on us ;)
