NOTHING WORKS Galaxy S5 SM-G900V...

I want to install TWRP Custom Recovery But ODIN wont flash it.
COMPUTER: Complete (Write) Operation Failed
PHONE: SECURE CHECK FAIL : recovery
I tried .md5, .tar ...
When I do ADB/FAST BOOT it ends up saying <waiting for device> or <waiting for any device>
I have already installed the drivers
And I am Downloading the correct TWRP file from their website

What do I do?
