Pokemon GO 0.3.7 and MIUI 8 6.9.8

I'm trying to run Pokemon GO on the MIUI 8 with MultiROM, since it's unplayable on the CM13 ROM. but when I try to start the game, it gives this error on the screenshot attached. has anyone had this? I researched about it and couldn't find anything about MIUI 8 not being able to run this game.
