problem to use the roms

Hi, i have a serious issue with this rom. I have installed that rom, when restart/reboot my device m8 after htc white screen where some android colors are moving the phone stops at that screen for 1 second and then it restarts automatically, after that process that restaring event starts again and again untill i reintall the rom by twrp recovery. I'm facing this issue with both roms 5.1 and 5.0 lollipop and i'm not able to install any rom that is less then 1 gb, means just multicurrer roms. At our webpage there are just 2 roms with 1 g.b that im able to install. Help! Please..
