Rooted 20e to 20j rooted step by step help please.

Hello first I'd like to say this is my first post to this website but have been looking for some time so please forgive me until I learn all the nuances of the rules I've rooted a few of my phones using some of the great instructions here but I'm a little confused on the step by steps 2 update my LG V10 20 e to the 20 J and keep it rooted and would like to use a stock but rooted version of 20 J. minor rewards may be involved have a nice day
