Settings App FC on MIUI8 MM Roms

Hello Everyone...
I have redmi note 3 sd.
Whenever i flash marshmallow miui roms settings app giving force close. Tried with different twrps but its not solved.
Also tried with wipe all(system, data,cache etc..) Tried with factory reset & re flash also but still it gives fc.
Screenshot of bug report is attached.
please see it and tell me the reason why it happens & how to fix this problem.
