Supplied usb cable not fast charging

Had my S7 couple of days and when I plugged the supplied charger and usb in for the first time to charge I noticed it said 4hrs 45 min till fully charged and no fast charging message it won't fast charge with supplied usb cable isn't it suppose to ? And yes fast charging is enabled in the settings. Any body else experienced this have contacted network who sent me the phone as a upgrade but all they want to do is put me through to Samsung tech support but they have been closed all weekend have to try again tomorrow , fricking annoyed [emoji35]
