waterproof android phone to be used as bike computer

Hey guys!

Apologies if this is posted in the wrong place, I am very new to XDA.

I was wondering if anyone has any advice for a waterproof android phone on a tight budget. I am currently using Nexus 4 but not sure how that will hold up if it rains.

The only requirements for the device are Bluetooth, GPS, decent battery life and a fairly flat back. This is to be used with the quad lock universal mounting system so a fairly flat back is required.
