Duplicate Permission installation preventing installation of tasker and utter

Hi folks,

I am trying to install utter and tasker apps on my phone however I encounter the error 505 issue on the google play store. I therefore uses adb install to install tasker. Unfortunately when I subsequently try to install utter the following message appears;

Failure [INSTALL_FAILED_DUPLICATE_PERMISSION perm=net.dinglisch.android.tasker.PERMISSION_RUN_T ASKS pkg=net.dinglisch.android.taskerm]

I have blocked all permissions from tasker using the permission master xposed module to no avail.

May I kindly ask for your help?
