Having a problem rooting E6883!

Hi guys,

I have a problem rooting my device using this thread http://ift.tt/2c6JnNd and when I reach the flashmode part my phone doesn't go into it and I also tried to do a software repair which requires the same step and it also fails :(.
can someone tell me what are the exact steps or explain why it's happening I would really appreciate it.
