HTC M9 camera get fog up

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with my HTC M9. Here is the background:

First of all, I broke the external lens (from back case) of my HTC M9, so I bought a new one, and replaced it; but I think I made something wrong, because after two weeks my camera gets fog up for this I have to reopen the device and clean the camera lens, but it's a ass pain.

Please your support, I don't want to clean the camera lens each 2 weeks (sometimes 3 weeks).
