In this episode I'll show you another firmware, this time we're talking about the PineRiver Mini Xplus H24 v1.6-0124 2013 firmware installed on Rikomagic MK802II Stick. The method is the same, burn the firmware with PhoenixCard Tool on your micro SD card, insert it in your MK802II stick, power on and wait 4-5 minute. In fact, you can learn from this video tutorial how to do it exactly.

Download PineRiver Mini Xplus H24 v1.6-0124 2013 firmware from here or from here. I guess this is for chinese market, it has 4 or five chinese apps, but it's nice, it has root access and the Play Store works fine also.

Here we go again with another firmware, this time is about the pcDuino Android 20130115 firmware. You can download it from here or from here.

pcDuino is an mini PC platform that runs PC like OS such as Ubuntu and Android ICS. It outputs screen to HDMI.

This version of firmware has root acces, wifi and Play Store work great, but the HDMI output resolution is only 1280 x 720. In rest, it looks just fine...

You can download the PineRiver Mini Xplus h24-v1.6-1229 firmware from here. I like this firmware, it is very fast and the wifi seems pretty stable; it has root access, the Play Store works just great and you just have to uninstall 4 or 5 chinese apps.
