METHOD OF INSTALLING THIS ROM IS DIFFERENT THAT ANY OTHER ROM, PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS VERY CAREFULLY.

STEP 1 : Update Your Xperia C to latest 16.0.B.2.16 firmware.

STEP 2 : Download the ROM files "Lollipop_5.0.1_For Xperia_C2305_Karthik.zip".

STEP 3 : Root Your Device. (Link here).

STEP 4 : Install CWM on your device. ( Link here).

STEP 5 : Place the Downloaded ROM files above in your SD Card and not in any folder.

STEP 6 : Now go to CWM.

STEP 7 : Clear Data/Factory Reset, Clear Cache and Advanced=> Clear Dalvik Cache.

STEP 8 : Now select Install zip from SDCard=>Choose Zip From SD Card and select                                       "Lollipop_5.0.1_For Xperia_C2305_Karthik.zip". Wait till it completes and after this is                         flashed reboot your device. 

STEP 9 : When your device starts and you get the Initial Boot Setup i.e. that language and network                     etc. After it is complete and you get on your Home Screen. 

STEP 10: DONE! Your Xperia C has Android 5.0.1 ROM and also the latest 16.0.B.2.16.  

Important Note As there is no SIM Switch Option In Status Bar. You Can Set Default SIM in Settings=>Dual SIM Settings Or Install This APP So that It Will Ask Choose SIM Just Before You Dial A Number

How to install CWM Recovery in Sony Xperia C in 5 Minutes

Your Device Must be rooted before Proceeding.

If your Xperia C is Not Rooted please read this.

Increase Internal Storage of Xperia C From 0.98GB to 1.98GB

"Note Your Device Must be Rooted and CWM REcovery Install For this MEthod TO work. Do at your own risk.  I am Not Responsible For anything that happens to your Xperia C Device."

1. Important : First of all Take Full CWM backup of Xperia C, by booting into recovery and selecting Backup and Restore and then selecting backup using power button. This is needed because in the process of Increasing App storage space of Xperia C, your full data will be lost and therefore you need CWM Backup to restore to the point you took the backup. If you do not have CWM Recovery Installed, then read this : Install Pure CWM on Xperia C and then proceed. Any other recovery like Carliv or TWRP can also work.
2. Now download Increase Apps Storage Space of Xperia C file from the link in 3rd Step, It is flashable zip file. One must place the downloaded zip file to SDcard or any other location you remember.
3. Download Increase Apps Storage.zip and Copy it to your SD Card
4. Now boot into recovery and flash the downloaded file using Install ZIP from SD card.
5. Once installation is finished, then restart your Xperia C.
6. Xperia C will take almost 10 minutes in rebooting, Please Do not get panic, as we have already tested the same and found it working on Xperia C.
7. Once Xperia C starts, then simply turn off the phone and again boot into recovery and restore the backup you created earlier using CWM. By this you will restore all the data you had earlier.

Installation

1. Download it on your device sdcard from here
2. Install it with a file explorer or directly from your internet browser, if android warn you about security risk, say OK and check Unknown sources to allow install of applications outside of Play Store.

Open Framaroot and select one of the following action: Install SuperSU

       Select any One exploit From three. I prefer the First one

• "Success  ... Superuser and su binary installed. You have to reboot your device"

Now Just Reboot Your Device. After Rebooting You Will see Android is Updating Message.

And Check in you Menu For Super User.
